a lot has happened in the eight months since I wrote that--while I vociferously dispute that Israel in engaged in genocide, it should no longer be fighting a war in which it can't accomplish its goals--it's long past the time for a cease-fire--the lack of which is not just on Israel's government--Hamas doesn't seem to want it either
