Your belief is based on the fetus not being a separate body, which I believe it is. Moreover, my lead spirit guide Rama (a spirit, not a human) has told me that the soul's energy sparks the beginning of cell division AND most tellingly that one of the greatest sacrifices a soul makes is to have been the soul of a stillborn.
