Creating the lampshade certainly fits with your policies of inclusion.

I agree with the ban on AI generated stories. A story should be told from voice and experience of the writer and in the first person narrative. I wrote this (https://medium.com/technical-excellence/please-stop-telling-readers-what-to-do-918d7adf128f The subtitle is "Try telling your story in the first-person-narrative; lead by example, not by instructing.") when I had started as an editor with Illumination (which you know but for clarity of anyone reading this, I detached from being but with much love https://medium.com/@marcus17043/when-should-one-detach-with-love-f63180af8c8d )

There might be a middle ground regarding using AI. I hate (and won't read) listicles where the writer does some internet research on a popular topic, usually some form of advice, and some copy-pasting from various sources and adds no original thoughts of their own. I would not object to a writer using AI to create the researched portion of a story and then putting in the time and effort to add value to the story with personal interpretations of the advice or examples of how the writer or people the writer knows have applied the advice to their own life. That would be an efficient use of a new tool to do the research portion of a story.
