Glass half full vs. glass half empty

…sharing the same home, family members and events, they had a markedly different impression of 2023. One of them saw it as a good year, in which problems were quickly resolved and life had moved on in a very positive way. The other recalled all those same problems as having been painful and difficult setbacks and was glad the unlucky year was moving to a conclusion.
