(this is an angry response from me but please it is not a personal attack)

Hermann is way too spiritually intelligent to discover a law that does not exist--it's no more than a generalization. To preserve it as a law new age BS gurus and mindless disciples preserve it with victim shaming on the extreme or simply, oh if something bad happened to you or you attracted the attention of a bad person then you must have been vibrating bad energy--utter f'ing BS.

What Hermann means is that our psychic energy can manifest synchronicities and then it is up to us to spiritually decode the message and learn from the experience. Law of attraction conflates needs with desires. As Mick said, we don't always get what we want but what we need and that is need in the view of the supraconsciousness, not our wants.
