Hi. I came back because a few of the responses stayed with me as I went back to sleep or hypnogogic space. The responses saying you made the right decision, and now I see more of them, and some faulting your parents for asking. I started thinking that as is often the case, there is no right decision nor a wrong decision here. Just different decisions. I wonder what the responses would have been in an alternate reality where you gave the kidney? I imagine applause for your sacrifice along with maybe some disagreement if you had for the reasons you didn't give the kidney in this reality. I wonder why people can't let go of judgment. I'm sure I'm guilty of this too. I'll probably turn this and my other response into a poem or poem with essay.
