How free is free is something philosophers and scientists debate and try to prove one way or another ad nauseum. For example, some say no free will at all, or limited free will, because so much is determined by our DNA. To me there absolutely is free will, because my guides and others I have read channelings from that feel right to me say so, and it resonates with me, and the details of what free means don't concern me.
