I agree about Congress should have enacted legislation and I agree that Roe was decided a conjured foundation but I do not agree that SCOTUS should not have held as it did in Roe--it should have issued the same holding but under the First Amendments anti-establishment clause https://medium.com/p/4d234daa2e71
