PS: I followed you on Strava. I did over 7 miles today, still walking the steeper inclines as it's very hilly here. There are no flat roads. Each run gets longer and stronger, and when I run a previous shorter route I set PBs. In the near future, I'll Uber or bicycle to the flat old rail trail where they stage races. I'm eyeing entering a 10k in August.
