I am missing my four front lower teeth. I have (or had--I lost it a few weeks ago) a denture for that space. I generally only wear it when I am in NYC visiting with family and friends, who are bothered by the appearance of me not wearing it. It causes abbraisions on the backside of my gum when I wear it. So, when not around them, I don't wear it.
