I disagree or what you're saying is impossible. I can understand his methods and motives but saying what I would do if I were him is absurd because I am not him. I can understand another's point of view enough to explain it without being that person. I never said anything about sympathy. I know empathy is not sympathy. Look, you used extreme examples here.
