I enjoyed this poem and in these particular lines I appreciated the use of opposites

…ems within my confine
Were they just lying dormant? 
Or a reason to release, help, share and shine?
I fathom and detach in the same breath
I observe the point of existence and death 
I cultivate my soul’s pathway 
Restless and jubilant at times
Wanting more so much more 
Is the hum…
