I enjoyed your piece. Full of wisdom. I note that I and others prefer to distinguish the mind and the brain. In your piece, I would use the term brain or noggin, the latter would be more your enjoyably colloquial style. What White Feather wrote in his https://medium.com/grab-a-slice/we-are-broadcasters-35b357da93ad stuck with me:

"Every time we have a thought in our noggin there is a small electrical charge (usually very weak). Part of that charge is used by the noggin to process and file that thought and part of that charge goes out into our electromagnetic biofield that surrounds our bodies. A part of the electromagnetic charge from all our thoughts and (resultant) emotions go out into our electromagnetic biofield which is where our mind is. (Our minds are NOT in our noggins.)"
