The back story is once I awakened I realized my father is a covert narcissist who very slyly in ways no one could see raised me in a manner to try and suppress me out of his jealousy of the mother son love, and when I chose to break off relations with him, due to his masterful manipulations, my mother perceived I wanted her to choose between us, and she is very codependent with him
