I hope that anti circumcision movement at least has religious exceptions, otherwise it will violate the 1st Amendment's freedom of religion clause. Roe and the other privacy rights cases should have been decided under the 1st Amendment's anti-establishment clause. You can see my full comment to AP above if you want to.
