My life’s mission now is to coach and teach Emotional Intelligence which builds empathy and confidence and teaches people how to process and express emotions. I deeply believe that by teaching this I can reduce bullying in schools and reduce emotional and verbal abuse in adults which is sadly growing at an alarming rate.
