On another note, while I believe you published this after the shooting and are thus likely safe, and while I don't believe you have ever identified the university at which you teach, having just read that the shooting occurred at the philosophy department, my heart sank, and it would be nice to hear from you, when you are up to it. I imagine you are quite shaken, especially given the possibility that you know the dead and injured.
