I love the frequency of these lines--I'm really picking up now how this whole poem was a download and covers many topics like my Manifesto (https://medium.com/p/1a8e00acb5a4) back in March. You did read it then--maybe you'll enjoy a re-read. It's a long poem--54 lines-- with the acrostic "GUARDIAN ANGELS ONLY PROTECT CONVERGENCE OF FREE WILL AND DEATH"
When I read these lines from your poem that I highlighted to commence this response my thoughts went to a stream of consciousness that I journaled over three years ago:
"best-laid plans oft revised by this man thus the marching band will have to wait a bit longer past halftime but do not fret the air will still smell of sweet perfume and there will not be fists of rage when we take the stage; that’s reserved for the streets which we must eventually not resign to tribal wars fought by small-minded mice fooled by false gods and instead shall be reclaimed by those of US who breathe Life and Love of the true Gods!!"
If that sounds familiar, I recently repurposed and revised it a bit and used it as a concluding free-flowing prose poem stanza to end my multi-format piece, Nonconformists Are Not Rebels.
