I often use the comment section as a sounding board/outline for an essay to come later.

So you're getting those book messages from the universe too. My guides keep using commenters to deliver me that message. This is where I'm at with that--I sent this reply to one a few days ago: "I am really starting to believe that I will after first I practice and learn more about that end of the craft about which I know very little.

In August and September 2012 I would go running barefoot on the beach in Florida before dawn. I worked my way up to 3 miles or more. My counselor said something about me running a marathon one day. I scoffed. When I got home I stopped running but then started again in April 2014. By September of that year I ran my first half marathon (and at a 7:40/mi pace) and in March 2015 I did run a marathon. Recently I thought about how my 2012 scoff at the thought of me ever running a marathon was a limiting belief that I easily got past a few years later. I see writing a book as the same. I will write a novel one day but it won't happen overnight. I need to build up my creative writing muscles and stamina just as I did with running.

So, then there is the teacher in me. How do I employ that innate skill to earn a living in the meantime? I am not asking you [Terry] for the answer. Just putting my thoughts down for the universe [Rama and the gang] to read."

Kelly, as for things writing themselves, I had that experience yesterday with this poem. https://medium.com/channspirations/a-poets-theory-of-knowledge-9e842d20095b Did you get email notice from Medium that I published it? Just curious as I sometimes wonder if the system glitches or doesn't work on purpose. I'm very suspicious of Medium as a company.
