I once lamented to my guides that I cannot meditate and asked for tips and they told me that for me with my INTP mind of split screens humming all the time, "meditation" is not what suits me--what works for me is taking walks and more often than not I find that the output is as described in this story--what works for me is getting into the flow of my streams of subconsciousness without trying to still my mind nor body.
