I published your article. As an editor, I usually give 50 clap and as a reader I usually give my personal scale of 36, 18 or 0. Why did I give you 1? To point out to you that that it's not about you and that far and away most readers don't understand Medium's stupid clap system and you should be happy with single claps as they are just as meaningful as multiple claps. Single claps come from real readers as opposed to bandwagon writers.
