I replied to Buster in Nancy's story (which story you could have linked):

"Thanks that's good to know. There are far too many spam/fraud accounts. I even noticed some subscribing to me and then I block them before they steal my content and post it as their own elsewhere. I do hope you work out the bugs in the new system and restore legit accounts quickly and compensate them for lost earnings."

PS: I see now that in the publication bulletin that you referenced, a link to Nancy's story was included in the caption to the screenshot of Buster's response
