I so relate to this, but for me, it actually is not at all hard because i do not even necessarily have the rule of sitting, though I have found a spot on the island in the frozen pond where there are benches conducive to this practice amidst nature. I once lamented to my guides that I cannot meditate and asked for tips and they told me that for me with my INTP mind of split screens humming all the time, meditation is not what suits me--what works for me is taking walks and more often than not I find that the output is as described in this story--what works for me is getting into the flow of my streams of subconsciousness
