I started running again this year. I've come to realize that it's not going to be like it was in 2014 when I started in April and by mid September and early October I had run two 1 hour 40 minutes half marathons two weeks apart, and then a marathon in March of 2015 before a health condition (since resolved https://medium.com/know-thyself-heal-thyself/my-personal-experience-with-idiopathic-truncal-dystonia-dd10f0a13a25 ) intervened. I've gotten my distances steadily up and my times down, but shorter and much slower than 10 years ago. Go figure that at 57 I can't do what I did at 47.
