I was in the phone yesterday with UHC customer service, reinstating my plan that I neglected to pay my usual 30 days late, and received an email yesterday, now payment 40 days late, saying policy terminated. Reinstatement was accomplished. When the guy asked if I needed anything else, I said no, thanked him for his help, and offered my condolences for the CEO and my upset at all the people cheering for the assassin. The guy seemed genuinely moved.
