I write often about my friends and my lover that have passed, I never want not to think about them, https://medium.com/write-under-the-moon/a-ballade-to-my-dearly-departed-friends-and-lover-c69aa9903a32,subtitled "Poetically mourning and appreciating those whose ashes I hold sacred and stoke their eternal flames." When my oldest and best friend read it (he's not on Medium) he texted me that he's still sad about Jason 11 years later, to which I responded "The sadness will never go away nor should it as long as it's not consuming."

When I saw your title I immediately thought of a very very dear Medium friend who I've never physically met, for whom I posted this on our shared birthday Feb 15th, https://medium.com/write-under-the-moon/celebrating-lady-claire-kelly-and-perhaps-our-last-birthday-together-cc63d2a3036d, subtitled "Please enjoy this poignant tribute of verse and prose to friendship, respect, and platonic love"

Now will continue reading your post
