I'll come back and fulfill the requirements/requests later. FYI, I did not receive from Medium the "you've been mentioned" notification. I would not be surprised if the algorithm puts stories "in jail" when they contain long "spam tag" lists or the algo is trained to ignore them and not send the notices.
