In the back of my mind I thought it may be a misattribution. My first google search I didn't dig down far enough and that's when I replied. It indeed may be Ms. Brown according to the Business Insider article relying on the work of Michael Becker from the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. There's one very good website that researches many quotes that I'm trying to put my fingers on now.
