Inspiration can come from anywhere. Watching a baseball game, God Doesn’t Root for EitherTeam https://medium.com/@marcus17043/god-doesnt-root-for-any-team-cd559667bdf8, or while running hearing a song one has played many times before, Each Run Is a Microcosm of Life https://medium.com/write-under-the-moon/each-run-is-a-microcosm-of-life-f13a37cc78fe. Transforming the thought/inspiration into something that will have meaning for others, that's the work part of being an artist/writer. Sometimes that work flows like water in a stream, and in the case of the latter poem, sometimes it's like driving a stick shift through cross town traffic in Manhattan. I love driving stick, even through that. Hmmm. I wonder if you could create a philosophy article around manual vs automatic transmissions. Maybe throw power vs manual steering into the mix.
