Interestingly, in my response to Diana's prompt, https://medium.com/promptly-written/of-i-and-me-d7c31e9aa2ab, my thoughts had the I as the soul and the me as the ego. To me, that you and I, who think alike in substance, decided to reverse the labels, shows the substantive weakness of labels, which is something that LM's piece that I linked in my other comment touches upon.
