😊 it's great. Your comment and Scott's are inspiring me to do the fourth read. Hesse is probably my favorite author and certainly the one that has had the most lasting and influential impact upon me. I often quote Siddhartha, Demian, and Steppenwolf, but N&G is a first love. I have two other books of his that I haven't yet read, his first, Peter Camenzind and his final major work, The Glass Bead Game. I remember when Camenzind arrived via Amazon in the fall I was so excited I cried, but then I got distracted and haven't read it yet. I think I need to rectify that first.
