It's nice to see the new esplanade is finished or almost finished. The marital home where my ex and kids still live is a rear apartment in 35 Sutton Place, the northern most building before the bridge--the white brick one--when I'm there in a few weeks you can look up and wave. 18th floor fully enclosed balcony--the NE corner of the building--the last apartment before the first set back.
