I've been mildly annoyed by those emails and the inability to unsubscribe. I'll mention your point to DMY. Sorry to hear FOM hasn't worked out for you. My experience with it has been positive. The banner offering the discounted upgrade is very annoying. It's ridiculous that they didn't code to recognize when someone is already FOM.
