Karen is wonderful. I remember clearly last February when she noticed my contributions to and support for our writers stories that I make with my edits and private notes. I wish I could find now what she said about me in one of her stories, encouraging writers to pay attention to what I say. It meant a lot to me, especially as many staff considered me an upstart contrarian at the time.
