I don't think it has anything to do with balancing the universe to keep it intact, and not that you said this, but I also no longer think it has anything to do with balancing personal accounts of good and bad karma. Balancing our lesson plans--our melodies as you put it--that I can see.

I also came to realize that the "Law of Attraction" as sold and consumed does not exist. However, it can be seen as the flip side of the karmic coin. The law of attraction describes the vibrational pulls of our soul contracts, not what we humans consciously or subconsciously emit.
