Love

Yinyang

Opposing

Forces at work

As wind sculpts the Earth

Love carves up our psyches

Gods Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva

It creates, preserves and destroys

Both bedrock of strong relationships

Or sows the seeds of their destruction

Love breeds sins of envy and jealousy

Love does indeed conquer all

even itself

How can this be so?

Because we’re human

So not so spiritual, this love we hoist upon a pedestal

But one love is

Pure love

Unadulterated by human thoughts

Without emotion

True unconditional love

Acceptance without motive

Selfless

Survives detachment

Without judgment

Agape

Heart energized and centered

Excuse me, while I kiss the sky

I changed the order of and took out much of what sits in between from my magnum opus (a reader's comment) https://medium.com/write-under-the-moon/what-is-love-553648694528

PS: As you later saw, your piece ChannSpired me to create this poem: https://medium.com/channspirations/of-love-angels-and-god-a9b07615657b
