Love Roxy Music and Bryan Ferry. I'm pretty sure my first exposure was hearing and really digging Love is the Drug, which I liked so much that I bought Siren on vinyl. I still have my vinyls, about 250 of them, but they are not with me. They are in a stack in my ex wife and kids apt where they got moved to when I fled NYC three years ago and I haven't established permanence yet, though the now 16 months I've been ensconsed in my friend's farmhouse in PA is starting to feel like roots but there is no place here for the albums. I've digressed. The albums Avalon and Flesh and Blood were hugely part of my repertoire in college (graduated in '89). I had the CDs. I prefer Flesh and Blood. I recall girls preferring Avalon. All of my CDs diappeared in a move in the mid 90s--a full moving box. But with streaming, that doesn't really matter.
