Making a fine line distinction--I have chosen to write for the purpose of being noticed as a springboard to a new career--I do not choose what to write for the purpose of being noticed and I do not need to be noticed to fill an emotional void. That being said, when certain pieces are noticed, even if only by a few people, the satisfaction is soul-soothing.
