If I am correct having never seen one of her movies, I'd be happy and not research the title--that's not Gable so its not It Happened One Night, your clue on politics, after perusal of IMDB would indiate Phantom President , but nah, and tghat actor is handsome, so im gonna go with Under Two Flags.
