My only experience with Reiki was last summer, I saw that I Trudie Palmer, who used to write poetry on Medium frequently, had posted on Twitter that she was looking for volunteers that she could read as part of her training. We picked a date and time for her to connect with me energetically from St Kitts in the Caribbean where she lives to me in PA. We didn't have to be on the phone or anything. She read my various chakra energies and I felt warm, light, calm and serene.
