no doubt you handled your situation so admirably...and you have a right to be angry so don't apologize for that...you are judging and comparing...you say they haven't paid their staff since your daughter heard that and that was that they hadn't paid them since early March...you bought your voucher a few months ago...you have no idea where that money went...a lot of assumptions flying around here, which may or may not be accurate...I've said my piece
