No it does not. The first amendment only limits the government's ability to regulate speech, assembly and religious practice. Private companies that do not receive government funding can limit to their heart's delight. And I stress the words limit and regulate, which can be done in the public interest. The classic case is falsely screaming fire in a crowded theater. Then there are truth in advertising laws, which should be extended to political speech of all sorts.
