No. My "tinnitus" and intensity or clarity thereof may have to do with my brain waves. It's most apparent when I wake from a dream or emerge from hypnagogia. I don't actually have tinnitus. It;'s just how myself and others describe how those of us without great psychic ability sense active connection to and presence though in a different energetic dimension of dearly departed and other not incarnated souls
