No one knows the answer. I maintain what is likely a very unpopular opinion that Putin's threat of nuclear war should not stop NATO or the US from intervening directly with miltary might to stop the war crimes being perpetrated every day. In that story I mentioned my belief in reincarnation as one reason we should not fear acting. What I didn't say is that I do not believe that the higher dimensional beings (angels) would allow nuclear war to occur.
