Not comparing as the facts are different but the feelings are the same--permanently cutting the cord from my "father" this past June was the best thing I have ever done so that energy no longer affects me on any present basis--when I allowed my mind to project to what will happen if my mom dies before him and we are the gravesite together...well lets just say Ghandi I am not...i also realized the other day that ironically, and certainly unbeknownst to him and my mom, cutting the cord was an act of kindness to his soul who no longer has to suffer through seeing what the human did to me
