Perhaps my favorite series ever. My favorite is the two part episode that evokes the fabulous movie The Manchurian Candidate (the original with Frank Sinatra and Angela Lansbury that got taken out of distribution for years after JFK was assassinated). I think it was titled “Did You See the Sunrise" or something like that, which is what Thomas asks the Russian agent just before the agent answers yes, and the screen goes dark and the episode ends with the sound of the gunshot that Thomas put between the murderer’s eyes. Mac loved sunrises. I would love for you to share this comment with your friend. I teared more writing it than I did reading Randi’s story. Still, I’m very happy for her. Whether or not her story deserved first prize, I believe the universe felt she earned it, possibly for reasons we will never know.
