Reminds me of my version of the square peg and round analogy that I have used to describe my life. A round peg will fit a squate hole. If the diameter of the peg is just smaller than the side of a square it will fit and quite snugly which is ok but the corners of the box will be empty/unfilled=unfulfilled. If the round peg is too small it will endlessly slide around in the square box and get bruised. Worst would be if one tries to bang a round peg into a too small round hole.

I've read a few of your comments in peoples stories today and see themes that I have written about recently. You might want to read and engage with them. https://marcus17043.medium.com/the-artist-the-alchemist-and-the-pioneer-at-work-in-my-garden-59b5c4a77e63
