reminds me of when I go out for dinner for Lindsey's birthday or the annversary of our first date and tell the server not to remove the extra setting and sometimes I pour a glass for her. One time a few years ago it wasn't a celebrtion day (it might have been a couple of days after the first deathiversary) but I was in Boston to visit schools with my daughter and she wasn't arriving till the next day and I went to a nice restaurant near the hotel and got a four top on a banquette and sat in the banquette and left the setting next to me, poured wine and even put some food on the plate and told the waiter what I was doing and he went along with me without hesitation--that felt really nice
