The suggestion to write something funny came in, "perhaps" I replied, then it started to appeal to me, first thought was Catch Me If You Can (DeCaprio as the forger taunting FBI agent Hanks), as the title and refrain of a rondeau, then I started thinking of Bugs Bunny's laugh, and the sonnet came together rather quickly.

Synchronicity was the suggestion from my friend. Unwittingly channeled perhaps.

I can probably count on one and, no more than two hands, funny pieces among my 599, and I'd have to read my titles to locate them. There are a bunch of fun pieces but pure humor is rare
