Thank you, Jodie Helm. Ahh, soul contracts and free will, that's why I prefer the term improv scripts. Please, subscribers, pay attention to my own backlinks and those to Jodie. I've yet to see someone adopt my terminology for soul contracts as improv scripts. https://medium.com/illumination-curated/life-is-school-for-the-soul-9b081dbe8453
So much I can say here, Jodie. So much I can complement/supplement with my own life experience, and compliment, not that you or the AAs need my compliments. Still, when they speak in understandable and relatable language, I do like to offer my respect. I know they understand when I'm critical even when I've pissed you off, https://jodieshelm.medium.com/hard-times-are-coming-d66fc9a28f7 and thus I should return the favor by applauding with my rare 50 claps. As you and I have engaged in discussions of the nature of this channeling, did I enter your mind with this one as I did with your music piece? https://medium.com/@jodieshelm/the-many-facets-of-music-5bbd3e7cbd7e
I wrote this spring (northern hemisphere) about the interplay between fate, destiny, and free will, building off of and expanding upon the work of and citing many other fine thinkers and writers. https://marcus17043.medium.com/of-destiny-and-fate-9537cb2fa5a5 including your piece Jodie on https://jodieshelm.medium.com/where-should-we-place-our-faith-9931fd28a1d0
Michael Rhodes wrote:
"While some believe that your destiny is also pre-determined, unlike fate, your destiny, I believe, is a path you must forge for yourself. Destiny is a mere potential, a possibility that exists, and an available path. This path is laid out in front of you with many challenges."
Thus the stanza in my poem:
"Destiny and fate
Material difference
Elohimly so
Sorry modern disciples
Stoics too amor fati"
I followed that poem and essay with https://marcus17043.medium.com/are-we-puppets-bc4baa1bfd09, including:
"Oh yes, destiny, fate, and free will. Can we coexist? Of course, we can. Our soul contracts are just improvisational scripts. Fate provides an escape hatch from judgment, lest anyone cast stones they cannot absorb....Truth is, at least my truth, all these alcohol-guzzling patrons affect my life, and yours, but that’s up to you to absorb [the subtitle was destiny, free will and fate meet in a bar]. Marcus and Sitara and 80–120 more of our friends sat in an interdimensional room and wrote an improvisational script called Fate. We all hoped that Free Will would cooperate but Destiny awaits the outcome. Fate and its friend Science, Destiny and its friend Philosophy, and Free Will and its friend Spirituality, along with mind, body, and spirit got in a hot tub for an amazing orgy. The orgasmic outcome is unknown, except for one thing, the date I return to Heaven and start the cycle of adventure all over again, in roles Greg cannot yet imagine but Marcus and Sitara may already be plotting.”
And then, spot on with the AAs channeling, I quote the dearly departed White Feather:
"What if every single person you meet in your life you’ve met before in other lives? Imagine that for a moment just for fun. No one is a stranger. Everyone is a soulmate acting out every conceivable sort of relationship.
It is like taking two actors and putting them on a stage then giving them a few hundred different plays to act out together. In one play actor A is a father and actor B is a daughter. In another play actor A is a soldier and actor B is also a soldier who happens to kill actor A. In another play actors A and B fall in love and have seven kids. In another play, actors A and B never meet until right before they die. In yet another play actor A is a wife who is beaten by her husband who happens to be actor B. In still another life actors A and B end up being a songwriting team as well as gay lovers who write several Broadway musicals together. Then there is the life A and B lived together in the jungles of Sumatra. It was primitive times and A and B were hunting together. A slipped on a steep ledge on the side of a mountain and breaks his leg. B is afraid to climb down to save A and he leaves A to die.
…
So if there is someone in our lives who appears to be an enemy, they may have been our lover in another play (life). And our lover may have been our slave master or murderer in another life (play). If someone trusts us completely they may have betrayed us in another life and those who betray us may very well have been betrayed by us before."
